By accessing or using the SIDELINE website at thesidelineco.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Products and Availability
All SIDELINE products are made to order and subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications at any time. Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our garments.
Founder Access Program
The Founder Access program allows customers to reserve a spot among the first 50 purchasers of Drop 01. Signing up for Founder Access does not constitute a purchase or payment. It is a non-binding expression of interest that grants priority access and early notification.
SIDELINE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Founder Access program at any time. Founders will be notified of any material changes by email.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. SIDELINE reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout including applicable taxes and fees.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SIDELINE website — including but not limited to logos, text, images, design, and branding — is the property of SIDELINE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to impersonate any person, to interfere with Site operations, or to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIDELINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SIDELINE does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.

SIDELINE reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
