Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Production
Every SIDELINE piece is made to order. We do not hold large inventory — each garment is cut, constructed, and finished after your order is placed. This ensures the highest quality and eliminates waste, but it does mean production takes time.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We plan to expand internationally in future drops — join the Founder Access list to be notified.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.
Expedited and overnight shipping options are not currently available due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 5–8 weeks.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 6 weeks, please contact us at hello@thesidelineco.com.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SIDELINE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@thesidelineco.com — we can only make changes before production begins.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at hello@thesidelineco.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Founder Access Orders
Founder Access members who reserve a spot in Drop 01 will be among the first to receive their order. Founders are notified 24 hours before the public and receive priority fulfillment. Estimated ship date for Drop 01 is Fall/Winter 2026.
