Refund & Return Policy

Made-to-Order Policy
All SIDELINE products are made to order specifically for you. Because each piece is custom-produced after your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, fit, or change of mind.
We encourage you to review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing before purchasing, contact us at hello@thesidelineco.com.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- —Your order number
- —A description of the issue
- —Clear photos of the defect or damage
We will review your claim and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After 48 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as your garment may already be in production.
To request a cancellation, email hello@thesidelineco.com immediately with your order number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.
Founder Access Reservations
Founder Access reservations are non-binding expressions of interest and do not constitute a purchase. No payment is collected at the time of signup. Full payment will be collected when your order is confirmed ahead of Drop 01 fulfillment. You may remove yourself from the Founder list at any time by contacting us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges. If you receive a defective item, we will produce a replacement in the correct size if applicable.
